«The Art of Living» Foundation is a volunteer-based, charitable NGO dedicated to uplifting humanity and creating a violence-free, stress-free world. Guided by the understanding that global peace begins with peaceful individuals, the Foundation works to support peace at the level of the individual. The Foundation’s courses and humanitarian projects have benefited people from diverse walks of life in over 140 countries. «The Art of Living» was founded by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.
